The Transmatic 7360 / 7372 Sports presses have been specifically designed for digital printing onto cut pieces of fabric. This application is especially adopted by the sportswear sector as a productive method of manufacturing.
These full width version of the sports presses include a loading table & exit conveyor belt. Furthermore, an oil filled drum that consumes 50% less energy than equivalent electric machines. Therefore, users can enjoy all the advantages of an oil filled solution whilst minimising both their environmental impact and running costs.
Versatility Is Key
The Transmatic 7360 / 7372 Sport has 3 modes of operation:
– Cut fabric pieces lay onto an upwards facing transfer paper
– Cut fabric pieces and cut transfer pieces (sheet fed)
– Rolls of transfer paper and fabric (continuous feed)
This versatility means that users aren’t restricted to one type of operation and can utilise the press in a range of production environments, including traditional calendar pressing. The press can also be used to fix pigment inks.
